Appointing your personal coach
Blue Turtle appoints a coach for any specific project. Whilst having the
required
know how, he/she can also count on Blue Turtle’s vast internal and
external network.
Final assessment
When our mission comes to an end, we will review the project, and ask
ourselves
whether the targets we set at the start have actually been reached. Do
you believe we failed to meet your expectations? Also at this stage, Blue
Turtle is open to discussion and will be more than willing to work out
a mutually acceptable
solution for any unsolved problem.
