Both for new and for existing products or services we always start with a SWOT (Strength Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats) analysis. We determine where your strength lies and where you will find the proper opportunities for growth. The marketing strategy we will suggest will be based on market research and the expected development of the most promising markets. We will frequently discuss the proposed strategy, so that we can be sure that it is compatible with your vision of the company’s development.
As soon as we agree on the marketing strategy, we prepare a detailed operational plan allocating the necessary people and resources.
Plans are nice, but will not do. You can also count on the experience of Blue Turtle for their implementation.
